Heritage Property Management Company has been retained by the Board of Directors of the River Terrace Homeowner and Recreation Association, Inc., to manage the accounting affairs of our community. Heritage manages the Association’s day to day accounting duties, including:

• Collection of homeowner dues
• Provision of accounting and record keeping, and in general 
• Provide complete and efficient communication between the Board of Directors and the Homeowners.

The address for the mailing of all checks (including electronic bill pay checks) is Heritage Property Management, PO Box 580104, Charlotte, N.C. 28258-0104.  Please make your check payable to River Terrace Homeowner and Recreation Association, Inc. and be sure to include your account number on your check.  Your account number is on your quarterly statement.
